Activities

  • City

Home of Alcatraz, the San Francisco Giants, the Painted Ladies, and more, there’s nothing short of things to do in SF. While you’re in the Bay Area for our wedding weekend, here are a few suggestions to plan the perfect city day.

You can start by taking a nice morning walk on Crissy Field to enjoy the view of the bay and the Golden Gate up close. Afterwards, make your way over to Rose’s Cafe or The Mill for a delicious brunch.

From there, stroll down to Chestnut Street to take in the sights while doing some shopping. And of course, your city day wouldn’t be complete without stopping by to see the Painted Ladies in all their glory.

  • Outdoors

The Bay Area is known for its abundant mountains and beaches, and we don’t want you to miss out!

To start, make your way over to Stinson Beach or Rodeo Beach (Fort Cronkhite) for a stroll. We 10/10 recommend Hook Fish for tacos after!

If hiking is more up your alley, Tennessee Valley, Point Reyes, or Muir Woods would be a perfect way to spend the morning.

Feel free to reach out to M&A with questions or if other recommendations are needed!

  • Food

A few of our favorite places in SF proper include Tacolicious, Souvla, Mamanoko, and Seven Hills. If time allows, Lazy Bear or State Bird Provisions are great options!

A few of our other favorites bring us to Marin County, including Rustic Bakery, Loveski Deli, Cucina and Taco Jane’s.

We’re foodies, so feel free to reach out if any additional restaurant recommendations would be helpful!
